Terms of Use

Images in the gallery may NOT be taken for your own use without my permission.  If you think you would like to use one of them, email me and I may grant you permission, depending on what you want to do.  If I grant you permission I will most send you the higher-resolution version of the image to work with as what is here on the site has been reduced to preserve bandwidth.

The terms of use below apply only to websets being offered for sale.  They do not apply to commissioned art.  Commissioned art will have a license containing the terms that both myself and the purchaser agree to prior to sale.

These terms of use are subject to change at any time.

Payment is accepted only via PayPal.

PayPal is a secure payment option that gives you the freedom to pay with a variety of credit cards or your bank account, and you don't even have to register with them to pay.  At no time does your bank or credit card information get transmitted to me.

What you are purchasing is a license to use these graphics.  At no time does ownership of the images transfer to the purchaser.  Copyright and ownership is and shall at all times remain with MagicMoonDesigns.com, along with the right for me to use the graphics in any means I see fit.

I do not provide website design assistance or a website.  When you buy a set, you are buying a license to use those graphics.  It is your responsibility to have a web host and to know how to create and upload a webpage.  Yahoo! and Fortunecity both offer free webhosting, or you can do a Google search and probably find plenty of others along with tutorials that can teach you far better than I ever could about creating and maintaining a website.

You can use these sets for personal or commercial sites, provided you are not using them to create a site that is in competition with MagicMoonDesigns.com (i.e., selling graphics, digital art, websets, etc.).  If you are in doubt, use the 'contact me' button on the home page before you purchase.

This set is only for use by one purchaser.  You may not share them with others.

You do not have to use all of the images in the set, but you cannot use them in combination with graphics from other designers' sets.

You cannot resize or re-color the images.

You cannot create 'tubes' from the images.
